I am premium client. I booked appointment via website at 12-15, and arrived at time. 12-40 now, at nobody paid any attention, branch is overcrowded, 12 people are waiting. Staff is lasy, nobody care about long queue of clients. Premium from Raiffeisen.

Interesting bank and bank workers. I sent email to the guy who opened my company account in 2023 and asked about company loan. I even provided %100 collateral. They guy did not answer me 1 mont passed. I sent 2 email. I went to the branch, waited 1 hour and talked to him. I said i sent you email. He literally saw email but did not care... And he said he will check and let me know. Still no answer.. I just got credit from another universal bank today within 1 week they approved. So, as a business man if you want to use leverage, Raiffesen bank workers do not care your request. I do not understand how this banks still alive with this kind of workers and also their web system+ app seems like windows 95 times! We are living in AI age. This company has 0 update and integration with AI. I opened bank account in 2023 but finally moved all money flow to another more useful bank. At least they talk and answer the customer! I hope with blockchain revolution, this kind of old head banks will disappear!

Google, Is there any option 0 star? The service is very bad. The staff is not helpful. Service hour mentioned start from 8am?? Are you kidding me? Some desks are empty, no one can be asked when the queue machine was broken. I thought, I was not in a bank, but cemetery!! A quiet place!

I realised this branch has a bad reputation with customers when I started to write this review. Contrary I have a positive feedback. As a non Hungarian and English speaking person, they did not make me feel unwelcome. The staff was polite and guided me thoroughly.
