I met the blonde cashier lady. I do not understand how a cashier qualified there without speaking English! She was so rude to me and racist! I greeted her in Hungarian, and she did not greet me back. while the process she kept cursing in Hungarian! But what she does not know is that I don't speak Hungarian, but I understand!!! Next time I will get her name and file a complaint for sure!

I was a customer for 2 years, no complaints. When it comes to account termination, they can do nothing remotely especially from abroad. You either need notary signed paper or digital signature valid for Hungary. That is silly in the time when everything can be normally administrated in mobile bank. Like you travel 10 years back in the time. People on the phone says contradictional information which is misguiding. They says just a scripts and instructions and not willing to help. “Premium” service specialist was awaited 20 minutes to join the call.

Another review after the countless reviews regarding the rude cashier. The woman with short blond hair extremely rude not sure if across everyone or only English speakers cause in that case rude + racist and after all these comments, that's really insane. But be sure I'm not going to keep this here in a Google review, this is going to be escalated. Never encountered such a behavior.

Very bad customer service. After 1 hour of waiting and pulling customers without considering order system. The lady told me that we cannot serve you because the schedule is full. I am pretty sure they are happy with unrecommending this branch. So they just sit waving their hands and get their salaries at the end of the month

Excellent Service .Provided assistance in English communication . Learnt that if you withdraw cash from cashier without ATM card due to lost, there will be 1% of commission amount deducted from your account based on amount withdrawal .
