Specialist Kornel Tacacs, was dedicated staff who helped me exceptionally. Appreciate his and (his) colleague's when I needed specific type of balance statement!

I wanted to open an account at this bank. Even when you have an appointment, the waiting time is ridiculously long And you can see that there are several employees just wandering around the office. I finally left. I don't recommend this bank, OTP or Revolut is simply better.

I've spent half a day at their head branch office to do 1 stockmarket transaction. After several hours and having talked to multiple employees, nobody was able to help. In contrast Concorde picked up the phone and did the transaction in 2 minutes. When I made an official complaint, Raiffeisen has not taken responsibility nor have they compensated me in any way for half a day of time lost. And this is what they do to their "Premium" clients. Unless you want to be treated like crap, take your money elsewhere.

I came from Italy to obtain a bank balance confirmation from the branch and the process is usually quite slow, taking several days. However, Judith was extremely helpful and understanding. She managed to provide my document within one day considering my urgent situation. Excellent customer service from her. Overall, the system could be faster, but the staff support was outstanding.

Agnes Nemeth was the colleague who helped me and she was extremely kind and nice. She spoke English, did the required work and asked if I like Budapest, my job and everything in general. Left this review because all the other reviews are negative so I had to write about my experience.
