I had an excellent experience with SIXT at Budapest Airport. The whole team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish, making the rental process quick and completely stress-free. A special thank you to Lezlie, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions and ensuring I had everything I needed before setting off. His outstanding customer service really stood out and made a great experience even better. It’s rare to come across such a dedicated and customer focused team. I highly recommend SIXT Budapest Airport, and I especially want to thank Lezlie for his exceptional service. I will definitely rent from them again!

Customer service was excellent. My flight was delayed a bit, but the staff member from Sixth was very helpful. He called me to check on my flight status, and the key handover was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. Overall, it was a great experience.

Great experience! Recommend! The pick up and return process were quick and easy to follow. I received an upgrade from the econmy car category to this lovely MINI Countryman as a diamond card holder. Glad it was not the basic trim and has the HK sound system. Everything works as it should. No hidden costs.

The whole experience went smooth. In fact, since the car that we rented was not available, we got an upgrade. The staff is fantastic, really kind and helpful. Special thanks to Petra for all her support and professionalism, and also to the tall gentleman who handles the cars in the parking lot. All of them were friendly and supportive. We’ll definitely rent from them again next time we come to Hungary :)
