It was a great visit to the branch. Very helpful. Especially Mr. Buliczka Miklós, he was super friendly and took good care of me.

Same as previous comments. If you don’t look like a Hungarian they will leave your number last. You will wait in the queue forever even if you are the only one there. I’m seriously considering closing my account at this bank. They don’t value their customers or their time. I wasted an hour there this morning without my number being called. At some point I had to leave because I was already late for work. This is ridiculous.

A bad bank blocked the card, due to authorization, were in the bank 5 times, both before blocking and after, the result was 0. I do not recommend a terrible bank to anyone. Support for foreigners is terrible compared to other banks. there is no help for residents from Ukraine. In other countries and other banks in Hungary there are Ukrainian-speaking consultants. I do not recommend this bank to anyone.

I’m really disappointed with this bank ! I was in the queue around 45 min ! The lady in desk number 11 was really rude ! I was the only number in the queue she did not call my number and after 45min jump to the next number with the excuse that I don’t speak English! So I feel exclude not because of the language barrier , more for the fact that the employee asume that I cannot talk the native language or i cannot use the technology to just show her the question that I wanted to answer! When I opened my bank account they said to me that the employees speak English ! No one is expecting native English , I just wanted to feel the employee is trying to help you ! After the horrible experience I was called and her colleague helped even tho she said at the begging that she did not talked the best English and my requested was answered in 3min.

I had to wait 45 minutes and at the end my issue with was not resolved. Bank employees have no empathy at all and those lines are made because noone wants to do their job normally. The only person who is working at this brunch is the guard who was kindly trying to help at least 3 people in the line.
