I want to give a transparent review about this place. I came here twice, first to check the eyesight and second to take the order. In the first time, it was perfect, the staff was caring and well communicated, even though their English is poor. But they deserve 5 stars in term of customer service. For the 2nd time, they made a wrong order of mine. It was fine, everyone has mistake. But the girl who communicated with me was not professional at all. No sorry from her side, and when she seems to be annoyed rather than supportive to discuss and find the solution. When I want to clarify about something like membership, she seems like that's not my job, and provide a very annoyed explanation without efforts. I believe Vision Express is a good place, but you really should do retraining for that girl. To make it more specific, that situation happened on July 12, around 18:30 - 19:00. That girl did not wear glasses, while the rest staff have glasses. Again, I write this review not for the manager to fine her, but I believe the retraining is important, because such a way of communication can not be accepted in any industry.

This place is the best place to get your glasses from! The prices are unmatchable and they have a huge range of frames, so you'll surely find something in your style. The best part was how kind their employees are, especially Dori, who fixed my glasses very kindly and helped me find frames that suited me best. She made the whole experience so much better and for that I am thankful! I did not end up getting glasses yet, but when the time comes I will definitely come here! Thanks Dori and Vision Express team!

Kind & attentive staff. Edina was amazing. She came to the rescue & skillfully fixed my sunglasses, which were loose at the left arm. She gave advice on how to keep the arms of my sunglasses stable. 🙏 Jody helped me as i browsed for new sunglasses. They carry a great selection of brand name frames. Would definitely return. 💜 Greetings from the U.S. 🇺🇲

I waited for over an hour to pick up my lenses from the optician. During all this time, none of the staff bothered to come up and tell me approximately how long to wait. I stood near the cash register and was simply ignored, and when I tried to address them, they looked at me like an annoying fly. Only after an hour did they finally give me my lenses. Rated 2 out of 5.
