Kiváló kilátás. Szobából a Parlamentre. A szállodából könnyen megközelíthetőek a jelentős turistalátványosságok. Akár gyalog is.

A recepcióról , étkezőből a Duna part csodálatos panorámáját látja minden vendég.A reggeli jó minőségű, gazdag kínálatú. A szálloda elhelyezkedése remek .😊Szívesen visszajönnék 😊

Kivételes élményben volt részünk! A szálloda minden szempontból megfelelt a legmagasabb elvárásoknak.

Deceptive pricing, no customer service When we booked 2 nights with Boutique Victoria Hotel in Budapest, we were offered an array of pricing. The differences between the rates was unclear so we choose their Smart Rate which was lower. When our trip was canceled by a cruise operator in November 2021 due to the sudden CoVid out-break and subsequent European lockdown, we reached out to Victoria to rebook or refund our rooms. They informed us that the room was 100% non-refundable and non-changeable. We offered several constructive remedies and Victoria flat refused them all and kept our money. They provide no service or value for the money. In contrast, every other tour operator we were dealing with negotiated alternate bookings or refunds. Turns out Victoria is using a Flexible pricing scam to entice you into spending 50% more on a room stay that can be modified if unforeseen events occur. That’s like asking you to pay for extra travel insurance on that individual expense. If you go with your instinct to save a little money and don’t pay for the 50% higher “flexible” rate they keep your money when plans are forced to change. They sell the same product for more or they keep yo
