We visited this post office today to send some postcards At first, we accidentally entered the wrong entrance, which was only for parcel services. A staff member kindly explained in English where we needed to go. We found the correct counter without any trouble, and everything was handled quickly and efficiently There was no queue, the staff were polite and helpful, and sending our postcards was a smooth and pleasant experience

Nice post office branch. The staff are kind.

An awful experience. The staff isn't friendly at all and I got the wrong stamp.

Visit this post office for a traditional Hungary post office experience. Get a number, wait ages because there is one complex issue to handle and just two people working. Take a session of deep breathing, practice stoicism, plan for weekly shopping, read saved articles on your phone, smell the person in front of you in the queue (no, don't that's a bit weird). On the plus side, the inside space is too small to hold a long queue so there is a natural (logistical?) limit of how many people will ever be waiting there. Overall a good experience.
