Rude service. Lady was on her phone and avoided to help us when we had a question (in Hungarian). When we wanted to send the letter, she insulted us for bothering her.

Crowded all the time, some of the workers are friendly and speak english so it depends on your luck. Service is slow a little bit !

From a tourist point of view this is a bad post office. Rude service, not well organised at all, they dont speak english and they dont really help you. And it is in a touristic area... better try to go to another post office.

Very bad service ! The agent does not talk in english , my friend sent me very important documents so he asked her for an international registred letter , and when we wanted to track the letter online . We found out that it was not possible then when we called the customer service they said that it was none registred letter it was a simple letter . It is been 37 day and i did not receive my letter !
