Oct 2025 - mailed 1 postcard - lady was very helpful, spoke English

Amanda Gaitán Morales a year ago

Honestly I was scared after reading all the bad reviews, but I was nicely surprised as the staff was EXTREMLY kind and helpful. The lovely woman who helped me to ship my postcards speaks English perfectly, and direct sticked the stamps on my postcards and ship them. It was fast & smooth. 10 out of 10

I saw comments about the staff being rude, so I think it's fair that I add that I had a good experience to balance the comments out. The machine to take a ticket has English selection, and I used pointing to the stamp corner of my postcard to make the staff understood what I needed. Minimal words were exchanged but no hostility was detected and the purchase went smoothly. The staff also let me know that they will stick the stamp and post it out for me, so all I did was pay for the stamps and that's it.

It is a very nice post office, I had a great experience. First of all, I went there at 8:30 in the morning and there were just a few people. The office is clean and new, so it already feels better then at any other post. Then the lady helped me through the whole issue I had, was very polite and helpful, I literally just wrote the addresses, names and payed for the delivery. Loved it! 5/5
