Very rude and not helpful, if you can’t speak English be polite at least.

If you have to go with the short red pointy hair lady.. just run away from it!… never felt so humiliated. She smashed my document into the counter 3 times. No respect. We have to go 2 times because she didn’t have the completed information. She is rude to me and to my Hungarian girlfriend. Incredible she is a government worker. Shouting and saying things in Hungarian and smashing my documents… even she start saying things in a low voice tone so I couldn’t hear her.

No manners towards the customers, no respect, they don’t help you at all. Worst posta i have went on. Today i went to get my University Papers they told me to wait 20 days until you can take it. I waited 20 days i came to collect it they told me to go to collect it somewhere else. I went to the other posta they told it’s not here. At end i came to know that they lost my documents papers. When i ask her she says I don’t know. Worst worst attitude.

SO RUDE AND INCOMPETENT AF I understand they don't speak English but at least they can show some respect and help me instead of being grumpy and rude. I'm so mad whenever I encounter this kind of situation in Hungary
