The worst experience I’ve ever had opening a bank account. Just because I’m a foreigner, I’m required to have a work contract to open one? How does that even make sense? Usually, the work contract requires bank details, so how am I supposed to provide those if I need a work contract first to open a bank account? It’s such a frustrating situation. And the lady is racist, the way she looked at me and the way she didn’t want to talk to me.

A Very disappointing experience. Despite having an appointment, we had to wait a long time. The young female employee was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. She had a bad attitude. My issue was not resolved, and she simply told me to go to another branch. This is unacceptable! No one appeared able to communicate in English, making this branch especially difficult for foreign customers. I would not recommend it.

I was very annoyed by their incompetence. My bank account was locked and I urgently needed to pay some bills. They said they couldn't help me and told me to come back in about 1-2 months. I went to another branch in Kálvin, and they resolved my issue immediately.
