I had a wonderful experience opening my bank account today. Zavarkó Ákos (the agent) was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He carefully explained everything to me, shared a lot of useful information, and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. As an international customer, I really appreciated his professionalism and willingness to help. He made the whole process much easier and completely stress-free. I highly recommend this bank to anyone who needs to open an account or use other banking services.

The best banking experience I’ve had in Hungary so far. I was immediately connected with an English-speaking employee, and as a foreigner with a residence permit, I was able to open a bank account in less than 30 minutes. Special thanks to Zsolt Jodal for his professionalism and assistance throughout the process. Excellent customer service and a smooth experience from start to finish.
