If the ATM takes your card and you're a customer, you won't get it back. The banker was very unhelpful and kept shrugging when I was asking questions. Very professional. Avoid this branch

Ms. Laki Bibiana answered all my queries and helped me to address the concern on site. She is the best banker and speaks good English .. thank you very much Erste for such nice service to customers

1. It's unacceptable that in the year of 2023, even in Hungary, there is a bank that you cannot pay with card. 2. The incompetent bank teller was continually listing all the thing that I cannot do, instead of, at least trying, to work with me for towards o solution to my need. So instead of one simple trip to the bank (as one would expect), I had to make 3 trips.
