You will wait for more than 45min for your bank statement! go and look for another bank you will waste your time there. Customer service is unbelievable.

I had a very bad experience at this bank branch and several times before the same bad experianss everytime . I went there around 8 a.m. before work just to request a simple balance paper. I waited for more than 20 minutes while the desks were empty, and the staff were sitting or going on breaks when they saw me. One employee told me they were on break, and another who had spoken English earlier suddenly said he didn’t speak English anymore. It felt like they didn’t want to serve me because I am a foreigner, while Hungarian customers received quick service. I finally had to leave because it was getting late for work. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.
