Very poor experience for foreign residents! I waited for 2 hours without my ticket number ever being called, while numerous local customers who arrived after me were served immediately. The ticketing and queuing system seems broken or completely mismanaged when dealing with non-Hungarian accounts and services. It was only after I actively approached a clerk to intervene that anyone bothered to help. If you are an expat or foreigner living in Hungary, be prepared for excessive wait times and a complete lack of proactive service. Very disappointing.

Diabolical waiting time. Pro-tip if you are a foreigner: take a ticket in Hungarian, otherwise you will never get in line as bank clerks don’t pick up non-Hungarian tickets. I suspect this to perhaps be a bank policy because the same situation is happening at OTP branch near Dozsa Gyorgy. A no go zone

Great customer treatment, as an english speaking customer i felt very comfortable and I had a great experience. Both English speaking desks were so nice and offered me great help and Cathleen at desk 6 was amazing. She walked me through everything, she is super nice, and i got everything done in no time. minimum waiting time and perfect service. 5 stars well deserved.

They were extremely helpful in setting up our accounts. Cathleen who works there spoke very good English and was extremely helpful. She stayed late to help us get all our documents sorted and app working. I would definitely go back to this branch and if you are an international student or worker they are very very helpful.

Unbelievable service. They are rude and racist towards no Hungarian speakers. They just don't want to deal with foreigners and after waiting for 20 minutes they kicked me out because I don't speak Hungarian. They all should be jailed. They reported my previous posts and made them delayed. They are criminals
