I read many negative reviews and was prepared for the bad, to be honest… I made an appointment and come 3 minutes late. I took a receipt with a number and waited…maximum 5 minutes…that time I started to be positively surprised… Dear readers, I spent with the bank representative about 20 minutes, the gentlemen has solved all my issues, provided valuable answers, was positive and highly professional. Great thanks for the young K&H professional!

Very awful customer service in this branch. They are very helpful when you open a bank account but when it's time to close they are not very approachable. The first time I was there to close my account they let me wait for 1.5 hours and if I didn't ask again they won't entertain me even if I have a number and when it's my time they said I can't close my account because I have blocked accounts. They should have told me ahead than letting me wait there for nothing and I asked what else I needed to bring in order to close my account when I come back and they said just no blocked accounts that's all. Today I was there the second time to close my account and they asked for my passport. Unfortunately I left it knowing it's not needed since I have my Residency Permit ID and the woman at the counter 11 doesn't even speak English and needed to use google translator and very rude especially if you are a foreigner they treat you like they don't care. Calling all K&H branches!!! You should hire employees especially at the front desk who could speak English and not just be fit to work because of the experiences and degree rather than those who have good manners and right conduct and could re

Nobody is ahead of me, but they are not calling my number. Employees go out to have cigarettes in groups during office hours. Nobody is working at 9:36.
