I took my friend's authorization letter to cancel the card, but their manager said the signatures were inconsistent. I have more than a dozen historical documents from previous transactions by my friends, and the signatures are all the same.

They behaved very rude to me and to an old lady too. First they skipped my number and when I asked why, they told me, numbers are not following each other. And there was a very old lady, approx. 75 years old, she can not stand still, and with needles on her hands, they made her wait 15 mins. minimum. I was helping her with waiting numbers, When I asked them why they are not helping her, nobody cared to reply, they repeated in loud voice “Stop” (in English) several times. I replied " you stop" I told her that she can not talk to me like this, she went on shouting the same word, maybe 10 times. I asked her name but she did not reply. Then I guess manager came and she started asking me to speak in Hungarian, assuming I am not Hungarian. I told her she can ask her colleague who helped me previoiusly in English. So she is totally undermined me because I can not speak Hungarian. And I paid c.500 Eur for this rude behaviour. If there is no star, I would choose that one instead of giving 1 star.
