Incompetent and indifferent! The manager wasted 3 hours of my time just so she tells me eventually that she doesn’t like my documents. And my problem was not solved. CIB, please start measuring NPS and drop bonuses for those employees whose score is poor.

I wish I could give them zero. I've been with them for 8 years and I figured out i got misinformed in the very beginning. Since then they charged me several thousands of HUF. When I complained I got the reply that they cannot recreate the verbal information what was given to me therefore everything they charged was fair. I'm closing all accounts with them and be careful what they tell you and what's written.

So far I have had only good experiences. The customer service has been far better than other banks I have used in Hungary.
