Az Erste prémium szolgáltatását vettük igénybe a hüvösvölgyi fiókban. Csatlós Márk prémium bankárral teljes mértékben elégedettek voltunk. Korrekt tájékoztatás, megoldások keresése, udvarias, készséges hozzáállás. Köszönjük.

We arrived to the branch at 3:05PM, after a few minutes one of the persons working there ask really politely what we wanted to do (modify some details on our account). 35 minutes later, the guy who asked us came to tell us that the person that was responsible for the branch that day as some bosses were out (Thomas, Tamas...?) told him that they didn't have the time for doing that for us because they were waiting for someone that wasn't there but had to arrive to do something (WHAT?)). This guy in charge was talking to the other guy in front of us, from one side to the other of the office. With too much self entitlment and plenty of rudeness towards us. We had a long discussion to get nothing out of it, but ERSTE losing a customer. This branch is a total joke, go somewhere else. And hopefully if you go you have to luck of dealing with nicer people than Mr Abonyi.

They were extremely helpful and polite, great and relatively fast customer service. No idea why the place has so many negative reviews.
