1. Nem volt senki előttem, mégis sokat kellett várnom, mert az "A" ügyintéző ügyfele a "B" ügyintézővel magánbeszélgetést folytatott - hangosan a lakásfelújításáról - azzal sem törődve, hogy én hallom, mintha ott sem lettem volna. 2. "A" ügyintéző sajnos nem tudta a gépéből kiböngészni, hogy pontosan milyen pénzösszeg kószál a számlámon, amit be kellene fektetni: amiért egyébként felkerestem a fiókot. 3. Jelezte ugyan, hogy a befektetéshez nem tud tanácsot adni, csak a "C" ügyintéző, aki viszont nem vett át, mert addigra eltűnt a helyéről. 3. Ezért kénytelen vagyok a ismét - egy másik fiókban szerencsét próbálni, hogy a NYESZ számlához tartozó pénzszámlán várakozó több millió forintot befektethessem.
