Very slow branch! I have waited more than 30 min in the line as premium client. I get such a problem everytime when I visit this branch

My mobile was dying and I needed to withdraw some cache in case, so I went in the branch to withdraw so money and meanwhile asked an employee if they could help me to to charge my usb-c phone. The answer was short and concrete: there is only 1 wireless charger the user can charge the phone with. It is not acceptable to treat the users like that.

Really the worst bank I ever experienced. Customer service is not just unprofessional, they are incompetent. Tried to open USD account and they gave me papers in Hungarian about HUF account and provided no documents on the USD account fees. When asked to give me some papers to know the fees, they told to go to their website and download there. I opened the website for him and he didn't find such document himself! So he opened Hungarian version of the website and downloaded some random document in Hungarian, which I didn't understand. I wonder how such place can exist. Make yourself a favor and go to Magnet Bank instead if you don't need USD account.

The reason why Revolut and Transferwise keep lazy bankers awake at night. Endless waiting, rude staff and despite being charged for 'premium' service the cashier refuses to accept coins as it would require some real effort. Conditions at other Hungarian banks are equally bad, but at least OTP offers full service and a decent online experience. Truly wonder where employees of such organisations expect to be in five years...
