Easily the worst banking experience of my life. I tried to deposit cash at an ATM, the machine malfunctioned, swallowed my money, and I was forced to wait over a week to get it back. Not a single apology, no sense of urgency, nothing—just complete indifference to the inconvenience they caused. That wasn’t an isolated incident either. When I later asked for guidance on transferring money, they conveniently failed to mention multiple hidden steps in the process. As a result, I had to go back to the bank several times just to complete a simple transaction. The lack of transparency and basic customer support is honestly shocking. Overall, this bank is inefficient, unhelpful, and clearly does not value its customers’ time or trust. I would strongly discourage anyone from banking here.
