I just visited this bank and had a great experience. Margareta took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood everything clearly. The entire process was smooth and efficient. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and would highly recommend this branch.

The staff are very polite and highly professional. They were able to resolve my issue in just 15 minutes, whereas another branch of the same bank made me wait for three weeks with multiple visits for the exact same problem. Thank you for your help

Today i went to close my bank account without appointment as always. Ticked machine gave me ticket to close the account. 8th window called me then he said that without appointment it is not possible. Then i called to Otp call centre and ask about it. They said it is possible without appointment. It is a little bit stranger that one company has different rules. If it is not possible without appointment the ticket machine should show that and call centre also should has same information. Please fix it for others as well to not confuse them. It will improve customer satisfaction as well.

I had a wonderful interaction with Alex at desk number 10 today 2023.08.28 and I must say it’s the best service I ever received as an alien in Hungary. The officer was very respectful, helpful and patient compared to some colleagues in the same office I had interactions with. I highly recommend that if you’re a foreigner with OTP account issues go to the branch on the fashion street and Alex will be there to assist in everything you need. But generally this office is responsive to clients. The office can be reached using any of the lines M2,M4 (you alight at Deák) and M1(you alight at Varosmarty ter.
