I firmly agree that the CIB bank branch in Jászai Mari tér provides the best bank service I had in Hungary. I would like to highlight that Szōke Mihály was extremely helpful. It is a valuable asset for a company this type of motivated employees. I am happy to be customer of this bank.

The CIB bank branch in Jászai Mari tér was by far my best experience in a bank where two of the employees loved to do their job with all their interest and knew how to deal with customers, special thanks to Szōke Mihály and Dimitrov Petra Judit for being so kind and helpful, because of these two wonderful employees, my perspective and image for this bank has changed in a positive way.

I'd give zero if it was possible, there's a pandemic and in 50 minutes inside the branch I saw more employees going around with coffees and chitchatting then customer served. You should make people (also mother with a child) go out of the way asap instead of letting them gather at the entrance while you scroll your smartphone. To avoid for the sake of your mental health.
