Unprepared staff that gives conflicting informations on promotions. This branch also needs some tidying. Much less convincing than the previous branch I used to go to.

I want to thank client representative Attila for his timely, kind and professional help in getting the account certificate. My overall experience in the branch was quite good with relatively short waiting time.

At this branch, we encountered a red-haired man. He's a very unpleasant person; after talking to him, you'll want to forget Reiffeisen Bank forever. Previously (three or four years ago), very nice, normal people worked there.

If I could, I would give this branch a zero! Stay away from this branch because here, they are rude and clearly don't want to work. The office manager, Deák Krisztián, is one of the most self-centered, egotistical people I have ever met. He, as well as the staff, should all be fired! I walked in to open an account and was immediately turned away. I was told to make an appointment because the person who can help me is not there and was handed a business card. When I asked that same person if I could open an account online, his response was "I don't know". I went home to try the app. It's completely useless because it crashes all the time. The desktop website has no way of opening an account and directs you to the app. (that doesn't work.) I called several times, several different numbers and tried to make an appointment. No call back and/or the phone just kept ringing. It took me 3 days to try and open an account. On the day of my appointment, they made me wait 15 minutes before someone actually inquired why I was standing there. I was blamed for entering my appointment number wrong (meanwhile, another person was equally as upset, telling the other staff member that the machine cons

Very bad service , waiting for a very long time ( 35 mins) while other passengers entered immediately, remove the english language if you cannot do your job. the worst Raiffeisen in the city.
