I had a very positive experience with Péter Laczai at the bank. He was extremely helpful, professional, and kind throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly, spoke English very well, and made everything easy to understand. I really appreciated his patience and support. Excellent customer service

Seriously unprofessional business conduct, with huge gaps in HR, IT, and common sense, to say the least. Avoid at any cost.

Update: got called about 35 minutes in. The lady was helpful and sent me to a government agency. 🤷‍♀️ It's a joke so far. Been here for over 30 minutes. Hasn't gotten called. Saw multiple staff members just chatting away, walking by in twos. Also saw multiple staff members typing away on their phones only took a pic of one (if they were working, they'd be on their computers, right?). Very unprofessional. Slow.
