ATM crashed at “please wait” screen and sat there for 20 min. Took 25k HUF from me. Bank staff were unhelpful

If I found a zero star I would put it. Very unprofessional service. After waiting for one hour they said sorry we can’t serve English speaking people today. 3 more people came in and were served. There were no notice attached to the machine and no one bothered to say that despite it is showing up in there system that I am waiting. Not to mention the incorrect cuts when issuing new debt card that I went to check.
