Dont put your card in this atm in this bank. It will not bring you back if you are foreign card user which is silly and cannot happen in 21 century. This bank is still living in 1920 or soviet days. Workers in there are irresponsible. not help you and try to ignore the problem lolllll Good luck

If you are an English speaker, you should avoid this branch office. It is better to visit HQ office that is 5-7 mins by walking. The last time I’ve got the worst and completely impolite and unprofessional support here. And after many years visiting this site, decided never come back. Just don’t waste your time.

I recommend to use a different agency or even bank than this one for any slight more complex topics. Even thought the staff is friendly, there is only one person who can assist. In the end, it's just a waste of time without resolution.

Awful service, brainless employees. Even a task as simple as exchanging 100 EUR took them more than 30 minutes, and they failed to do it in the end! However, they refused to return the money because "their system was not working". The case is really beyond any acceptable levels of stupidity and incompetence and is worth reporting to the consumer protection authorities.
