Worst bank ever, complete chaos, insufficient customer service, bugs in application and net-bank, complaints are answered way too late and in an arrogant manner, problems not solved, compensation denied. Bank somewhere else, not with Unicredit Bank!

I am with Unicredit 15yrs both personal and business, their new mobile banking system and customer service wait times are dreadful. You need to wait average 30-40 mins or simply hang up. Simple changes like credit limit change are a struggle for the bank, even with telebanking codes. Zero care. They do not value their customers. Transaction bank.

10 minutes wait without appointment which is very good, English speaking agent (!!) nice and efficient. Edit: 7months later, the customer service is still a 5 stars one. I rarely edit my ratings, especially not to confirm that's still positive! But this level of support is outstanding in hungary. I always go there, even though its 35minutes from my place, just to get that quality of service.

I am long time client of this bank continuously assisted by the bankers of the Private Banking Department to make financial investments in securities (shares, bonds, mutual funds etc.) and implement efficient portfolio management.
