We stopped at Bistrology for a very late brunch today and what a happy surprise that was. The food was EXCELLENT!! I had a wild mushroom and truffle croissant, my son had the waffle. The croissant was flaky, the truffle was there but not overpowering, truly exceptional! The waffle was amazing. The coffees (yes, multiple) were smooth and balanced! Service was very attentive and explanations about the menu were accurate. Give it a try you will not regret it…

Hidden gem in the Jewish Quarter! Stopped here as a family of 4 for an easy lunch to get out of the heat. Had the bagel burger and superfood salad which were absolutely delicious. Great service and nice and cool. Highly recommended!

This cozy, beautifully decorated spot has an amazing vibe, complete with smooth music that makes you want to come back tomorrow. The ham and cheese croissant sandwich is easily one of the best I’ve ever had, warmed to perfection, incredibly fresh, and elevated by a delicious tomato paste. Pair it with their excellent latte, and you have a must-visit spot that I highly recommend!

This is a really nice place for breakfast overall. The food is good, and you can tell that people actually care about how it looks and tastes. It feels relaxed and comfortable, a perfect place to start your day in Budapest if you live somewhere around the place. The dishes looked fresh and well put together, and everything we tried tasted good. Nothing crazy or experimental, just solid breakfast food done right. The bread was fresh, the omelette was well cooked, and the portions were fair. It’s the kind of place where you know what you’re getting, and it delivers. The staff were also very pleasant. Friendly, polite, and attentive without being annoying. The waiter smoke perfect English and was very polite. If I had to complain about something it would be the price. It’s not deadly expensive like some New York caffe but for something this simple I do think it could be slightly cheaper. However it’s not bad enough to make me not recommend the place. This is more of a warning from my side. If I had to recommend something that would be omlet as it has a lot of great fittings and was a great breakfast dish while maintaining acceptable price. Overall I recommend the place, especiall
