Very unpleasant experience. We booked the room through a travel website where the check-in time was clearly stated as from 22:00. When we arrived, we simply weren’t accepted. The host was extremely rude, hung up the phone, and refused to help or offer any solution. We later found out there was some discrepancy with the check-in information, but instead of trying to sort it out, she just ignored us. We had to go through customer support and file a complaint to get our money back. The place itself is also very hard to find — no signs, no reception, just an unmarked door in a residential building. Would not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Had to wait 15minutes on the road with my luggage when I arrived cause no one to check in. Lift doesn't work, it's 3 flight of stairs! Don't book if you have a luggage!! The old lady forgot to give me door code for the entrance(!!!)so in the night I was passing the card and couldn't enter in the building, after 10 minutes trying I called feeling sorry to disturb in the evening and it turned out they didn't give me the code!!! And the thing that really makes me suggest not to come is the owner. Unfriendly, arrogant, rude. She literally told me that she was doing me a favour to keep the luggages and that I should leave. I travel a lot and if possible it's very common to leave the luggages after check out time, so I had asked to do so and I did. When I went back to pick them up, I noticed my water bottle wasn't there so I was looking for it where I left it, close to my luggages, and the owner just starting being mean and raising the tone of the voice. There is never a good reason to be unkind. I wouldn't have written the reference and put up with the lack of responsiveness for check in and for the lack of giving me the code to enter, because I had asked to check out a bit later and th

Room was clean and comfortable. But a little small for two persons. Frige did not work. Also, was not very comfortable to pay only by cash. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The main advantage is the location. Near city centre. There is a kitchen, shower and toilet. Pretty clean. In bathroom was soap, conditioner shampoo (for male and female). It gets was a little noisy in the evening. So better to take earplugs. A little confusing was way to reach “City rooms”. Spent some time to figure out the code to the door (it wasn’t open). We have traveled in September, so the temperature in room was really nice. In general pretty nice and worth its money. Met my expectations.

This hotel has no sign, and you have to ask around for directions. The room does not have air conditioning, and there was no prior notice about the lack of an elevator. Additionally, the security in the area is poor. The owner's attitude is indifferent and rude; she blames guests for not understanding her language as she does not speak English. She even assumes that guests do not understand Hungarian and scolds them in Hungarian. In the hallway, you can still see couples wandering around in disheveled clothing.
