Worst hospital experience I have had. It's all about money here. I paid everything they asked before leaving, they started calling me afterwards and demanding additional payment. They even threatened to call the police if I did not come back and pay more. Very stressful and terrible experience, I would recommend finding another hospital if you can.

Just went there with my son. Very friendly and nice staff, professional doctor. We got check up and prescription fast.

During our touristic visit to Budapest, we had to visit the emergency service due to cough attack of our 2-year-old son on the Christmas eve night. They checked everything and showed an extreme attention!! We stayed in this hospital 2 nights and our son is finally well. From the doctor’s expertise and attention to hospital’s facilities with playing rooms, toys, chocolates, and even clown visit on the Christmas day, everything was good. Many thanks for everything!

Baby had blood in her nappies and we visited the a&e. at first we had to go the ‘patient registry office’ at entrance 2. the old woman there was rude and i sent her to warmer climates. Then we had to go back to the reception at entrance 1, and all staff were nice. Wait wasn’t too long, about an hour. The Dr we saw was really nice, polite and professional. The phlebotomist nurse was also really nice. Overall good experience

Yesterday I had awful experience in the hospital. Dr. Toth Ágnes is either unkind person, or uneducated or angry with foreigners. What is wrong with her, I guess she knows better. Probably she forgets that she receives her salary from high tax which I pay monthly. We were waiting for 6 hours for doctor, for what? just to see the doctor who is not willing to talk with foreigners, who could not speak in English, I talked to her in English and she responded in Hungarian. Is it good here in Hungary, in the capital of European country? The phone number where to call to make an appointment with specific doctor she has provided us is wrong...It was change in 2018, do you think she does not know this?! No comments. Disappointed.
