Then after more waiting, I was told I would receive a doctor’s contact — only to find out the doctor was unavailable. At that moment, it honestly felt like nobody cared. The most painful part was not even the physical pain. It was the emotional exhaustion of being passed from one person to another while everyone speaks politely but nobody takes responsibility. I’ve been visiting this place more than once, and I’ve honestly never had any issues. Everything is done very quickly, they open on time, and there have never been any delays. The lady who works there is really pleasant she collects all the tests and records the information on her laptop. I highly recommend this place. Even if you’re not in the adult industry, it’s still a great idea to get checked here

NO NO NO ! They didn't show up , didn't answer calls or WhatsApp . I made a visit a day before as a responsible person to get everything in place : blood plan , costs and off course when ! I show up 8am with no eating and with a urine sample in my hand ....and they didn't open , I waited 45min and just got upset and wasted time and efforts . Please don't go there .

We thought they close at 8pm, but they actually close at 6pm. We don’t know and we went there around 18:10. They are so friendly when I told them that I thought they are still open, they didn’t let us out. We feel so thankful. And they are so patient and nice and kind. Everything is great!

I have been twice in TTS lab, both times nurse was professional - no bruises or something bad else. In the attach you can find photo of my arm in 10 hours after taking 5 tubes of blood !!!) So the service is brilliant. Results usually ready super quick - even in one day or even less! Managers are always happy to help and answer to all your questions. Price is lower than in other labs.
