I had a terrible experience with a female doctor here, treated me poorly because I had to ask her several times to repeat herself cause she was speaking very quickly and her accent was a bit difficult to understand. She ended up raising her voice at me. The other medical staff including reception were also unfriendly and rude. Unless it's your last option do not go to this hospital. They treat you as if doing their job is a burden.

Experience later: I called the assistant of the gynecologist for an appointment. She asked me some questions and because of my ADHD I could remember not so well and she started to be very rude and asked me like I would be dumb. (I hope she can forgive me because of my brain - SARCASM. ADHD is not something I can just "let go" or throw away. Why don't people in healthcare know this? Even... WTH?) Then she told me to go on XY day (it does not matter anymore) but I was so disappointed I decided to not to. The first time the assistant (I don't know if it was this one) was so kind I could not believe and then... on the phone at this time somebody was this weird and scary. (Also, in my job I also talk to people (more people than she because she talks to 10-20 people per day, I talk to 100 people daily!) and I am not rude to anybody because I know nobody is the same.) I felt so humilated I even could not say any respond... especially because I wrote this comment earlier: ------> First experience (5*): The best hospital with kind nurses and doctors. I could not imagine a Hungarian hospital can be like this. Thank you! (Dear foreign people! If you need help, you can start an emergency ca

This was the worst tour I have ever been on. We took an English tour and they let people listening to an audio tour in our group who were talking the entire time so we couldn’t hear the tour guide. The entire tour felt rushed and uninformative.

I spent there one day for a smaller surgery. The room and bathroom were very clean (and had to share it with only 1 person), and everybody working there were extremely kind. Somebody even hold my hand before the surgery, when I was very nervous! Thanks for everything!
