Webshopos élmény Paypal fizetés nem működik, így random pénzátdobós utalással kellett pótolnom a fizetést bankkártyával. (Minek van kint a Paypal ha nem lehet használni?) A 10 tételből 2 terméket nem sikerült beletenniük a rendelésbe. Pozitív hogy nagyon gyorsan feldolgozták az online rendelést és gyorsan ki is jött. Sajnos hiányosan... többet biztosan nem vásárolok itt.

Telefonon érdeklődtem náluk, kedvesek voltak, és pontos információt adtak. Ezek után rendeltem terméket a webáruházukon keresztül, mely termék másnap délután már átvehető volt a boltjukban. Csak ajánlani tudom Mindenkinek!

Én többször rendeltem már a cégtől, mindig meg voltam elégedte! Kaptam előre tájékoztatást, ha valamelyik terméket mégsem tudnak kiszállítani, de egy nagyobb csomag esetén sem volt 2-3 terméknél több. Bárhonnan rendel az ember, akkor is felmerül, hogy a rendelés időpontjában van készleten a termék, de a kiszállításkor kiderül, hogy mégis elfogyott. Ez nagyobb cégeknél is előfordul annyi különbséggel, hogy ott felajánlanak csereterméket, amit vagy elfogad az ember vagy nem. Én összességében minden ellenére mindig nagyon elégedett voltam és külön jó, hogy széleskörű termékválaszték van, nemcsak élelmiszerek, továbbá nagyon kedvező árakon. Sokszor vannak akciók is. Nekem 5 csillag :)

Megbízható patner, grugalmas a kapcsolattartás, ha valamit nem tudsz az oldalonmegtalálni, a megadott telefonszámon a boltvezetője áll a rendelkezésedre. Lemaradt az adószámunk fél órán belül egy e-mail megírását követően már kész is volt a javított számla! TOP hely! HACCP előírásoknak megfelelő tisztítószereket is tartanak ami szuper dolog!
