Ma délután voltam az üzletbe, az eladók előtt le a kalappal, kedvesek voltak, segítőkészek! Vissza kellett vinnem egy szandált és gördülékenyen becserélhettem egy jó cipőre! Csak így tovább! Jó csapat volt!

My complaint is not about the shoes that me and my partner bought but about the staff that works there , all of them have no right at being in customer service with their attitude , there is 5 of them standing Behind the counter and not assisting any customer in the store or doing anything really except standing there like statues , and after we purchase 2 pair of shoes from them I say thank you to them and not one of them gave me a reply , If they can't handle the basic courtesy of saying your welcome at least then why even keep them employed ? Will not go to this store again.

Nem ajánlom senkinek az Office Shoes boltok egyikét sem. Pár hónapos cipő, keveset viselt, visszavittem szavatossági hibával, mivel mindkét cipő orr része egyformán hibás. Elutasították, szerintük megázott vagy nem megfelelően lett tisztítva. Szakvélemény: szemrevételezéssel ellenőrízték!!!! Egy kinai olcsó cipő tovább bírja. Silány minőséget adtak el részemre

Szeretnr cipőbolt. Könnyen megtalálható Pláza - mall - áruház - bevásárlóközpont foldszintjén, szemben a bejarattal szemben. A Mammutban sok jó üzlet van szinte mindent meg lehet benne találni.
