perfect staff and helpful . really great attitude . i goes 2 or 3 time per week to buy a food and they are so good .

I only give 2 stars as the service was extremely good, but the food is not edible. Obviously the ingredients are the cheapest, worst quality - I'd not feed my dog with this. I was one of the first fan of pestipipi, but there is no way I visit any of it ever again. quite a disappointment.

If you don’t speak Hungarian well, don’t go there, unless you want to be treated like a piece of trash! The last experience I had like this one was with bus drivers in Russia and Bulgaria….. Before going, I had checked the menu on the chain’s website and, as google automatically translated it into English, I mistakenly thought some English translation would be available there. My bad! The girl clearly saw I didn’t understand the language well whilst making the order but pursued with her routine, asking questions I wouldn’t understand, as if she had been reading a script, instead of trying to put herself into the customer’s shoes and try and adapt a little to their needs. The bill was 990 HUF. I gave her a 1000 HUF note, and - I suppose - she wanted me to add 40 HUF so that she’d be able to hand me a 50 HUF coin instead of 10, as she said the word ‘forty’ in Hungarian several times. As I didn’t know how to say I didn’t have them I pointed the sandwich’s price on the wall, also to ensure that there had been no miscommunication in the order I had made. She stared at me and sighed, and gave me 10 HUF change back. After which she immediately went on an on about me (I assume) to the cook

Once I waited 25 minutes for a single burger, today it was 35 minutes. They were taking their sweet time with the orders, so at least its great to see the employees not stressing on the orders :)

My food was hot when it arrived so your argument about the delivery service picking it up too late is quite invalid, this shows your approach towards the customers. Sadly, I am keeping the original score and original review below. "Instead if 45 minutes, my food was not ready after 1,5 hours! Terrible service, I would rate 0 stars if I could. If you are understaffed do not take so much orders!"
