The best meal I had in my one month visit to Budapest HANDS DOWN. We had a family lunch and a Dublin friend so a table for 6-8. Service was impeccable. But the food, I'm drooling thinking about it. Nagyon nagyon finom.

We just had a coffee in the afternoon. There were very few people there. A simple and pleasant place and the coffee was delicious.

Tasty food ...basic daily menu selection ...however they are good alternative for organising events, since they offer first class special menu options with professional service ...number of times organised dinner party and afternoon reception and received first class service...highly recommended

The place is quite interesting. One of those oldsie restaurants for soldiers and veterans that had its hayday a few decades ago. But still, it is hanging in there as a decent place, with good menus and affordable prices. A good choice for those staying in the area for a while.

Huge place, with a distinct feeling of communism visible. Food very heavy, rather traditional, but without much creativity. Desserts better than main dishes.
