Very beautiful and well-maintained place! There’s so much to enjoy — lovely gardens, stunning views, and the National Hungarian Gallery right nearby. The whole Buda Castle district feels more charming and relaxed on this side of the Danube. Best part? The gardens are free to enter. The only downside was that it got quite crowded, which made the experience a little stressful at times. Still, definitely worth visiting! Highly recommend going on a weekday if possible. 😊

Very beautiful and maintained place. A lot to see - in the garden and the view. The national hungarian gallery is nearby. At all the whole district is more beautiful and cozier on this side of the Danube river. There was no entry ticket for the gardens themselves. Only that it was a lot crowded made the experiense a little bit strеssful.

cool structure and nice views of the danube, theres also a massive escalator that takes you from the bazaar near to the top of the hill which is nice, makes it way easier visit and its not a thing ive seen other cities implement

This is the best way to get up to the castle. There is an escalator that brings you up to the second level and after that and elevator going to the top. Both are for free. You may need to wait for the elevator as it is not a big one and it is not that fast
