Very slow service, even if I am the only client in the bank. Unreasonably slow. I opened my fist bank account here 20 years ago. Banks like this are proof that we need to move on from these traditional services to online banking and alternative options.

How about learning proper English or just hire someone who can translate BASIC things from Hungarian to English thus your English speaking customers will be able to select from your client service portal at the entrance... but if you need help with it, I am able to assist you free of charge.

This trash bank made me wait for 2 whole hour without doing anything. People came after me was called on before me. Shame on all of the employees. This is a disgrace, the bank didn’t pay for you guys to sit there doing nothing , if you can’t serve a customer normally, considering joining a fast food restaurant, there they teach you how to do things faster, and if you don’t, they sack you, but I think you guys are still gonna take 30 minutes to make a burger. I wish I could give a zero star for the most disgusting customer service ever.
