A páromat vittek be a traumatologiara boka sérüléssel, mikor szerettem volna megkérdezni mi tortent rám hivtak a biztonságiakat, mert “tul hangos” voltam. Sajnos az “egyetemeken” nem tanítanak emberséget, pedig az osszes alkalmazottnak kellene. Nem bírnak 2 mondatot ossze tenni ugy, hogy nem kiabálnak. Ha nem bírják az egészségügyet idegrendszerrel, inkabb el se kezdjek! Ez csak egy jo tanács. Biztosan sok felkavaró dolgot élnek meg a nővérek/orvosok/apolok, de egyatalan nem nekik valo ez. A magyar egészségügy szégyenfoltja! Termeszetesen betegjogi képviselőhöz eljutott a sztori! :)

Long wait times, but nice and professional nurses and doctors, good food (for a medical facility) and comfortable rooms with aircon.

We had an unfortunate incident during our hotel stay where we had to go to the hospital late at night because one of my friends needed stitches for an open wound. The first hospital we went to referred us to this one, as they don’t perform surgeries. I understand the waiting time and even the language barrier… that’s part of traveling. However, what really surprised and disappointed us was their payment policy. They only accept payments from 9am to 2pm on weekdays (if I remember correctly). Because of this, we had to return the next day (Friday, October 3, 2025), just to settle the bill before leaving the country. What made the experience worse was how we were treated by the hospital receptionist. She was unhelpful, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in assisting us. She refused to give us our bill, saying only two people were processing payments and they were handling many others. Even by 12pm, our bill still wasn’t ready. When we asked for updates, she repeatedly said she didn’t know, all while being on her phone and ordering food instead of attending to patients. Worst hospital í have ever been to!!! My girlfriend has a swallow ankle,not after inury...possibli insect bítest.. because she responds negatively to bítes. We come in at 05:15 They start with blood sample..take3hours then we wait for xray..4 hours then another blood samle another 4hours then we wait for nurse to take seringes input and noting happens i had to knock and push after it then its waiting for the report and papers!! The doctor gave hér recept for antibiotics Still waiting 14 hours My girlfriend is still in the weelchair waiting..me too Pharmacy in hospital closed at 16 terrible experience

Came in with a friend with extreme pain. I am writing this while still waiting however we have been here for TWELVE hours and have yet to find out what is wrong. No doctor has told us anything so we have been in the uncomfortable waiting room this whole time. They also did not have any wheelchairs available. THIS IS NOT AN ER THIS IS A WR (waiting room). It would've been faster to fly back to our home country and go to the hospital there!!!
