I had an appointment booked for this branch and unfortunately I showed up 30 minutes late but even then they immediately called In my number. The person who helped me set up my account was Andras László and he was the most sweetest and helpful person. Everything went smoothly and he was very communicative. I would recommend booking an appointment in advance if you don’t want to wait in queues for your turn.

All team members are kind and helpful. I like this branch. Can be better to learn cashier rules earlier. thank you all

Rude staff and slow service or basically no service. They told me 40 minute before closing that they are closed despite everyone working and half of the staff not doing anything. When I asked for a service the lady made an annoyed face and ignored me. I was the last person left and she kept ignoring me and left her desk 20 minutes before closing. This is happening two times in a row. Either hire more people or train the ones you have to do their job. It is incredibly rude to do this to a customer that has been with you for 6 years. Mind you: the contact form for complaints they posted below doesn't even work. I think it tells you enough about the kind of client services they provide. Comically bad.

I had a very good experience, came to the branch to deal with small business account without having made an appointment and the lady very kindly and patiently helped me! Even though they didn’t really have a person dealing with business accounts…she sorted all out for me and was especially helpful as I was home in Budapest only that morning…I recommend this bank branch! Thank you!

As always really slow and disappointing...few points. First of all, employees English is really bad, they barely understand and explain anything. And this is international bank. Second of all, there is not even big queue, few people, but only 1-2 employees work.. though they have so many working desks but they are empty always. Always it takes around 1 hour to process any service incl waiting time (except cash desk). I totally don’t recommend to come to this branch.
